  • Meeting Planning
    • Coordinated projects and events exercising ability to improvise, improve procedures and meet deadlines
    • Coordinates and schedules meetings/conference calls/live meetings/catering arrangements, presentation preparations
    • Arranging the All hands Meeting
    • Tracking action items to develop Clients Monthly Performance Meeting
  • Administrative
    • Supporting the staff by manaing calendars, phone contacts, email contacts, and responding to requests for data and meetings
    • Organize the details for travel arrangements
    • Printing, Copying, Fedex’ing as required
    • Ordering office supplies
    • Visitors escort
  • Compliance
    • Track CGI training of members
      • MSAP, Evaluations
    • Timesheet reporting monitoring
  • SharePoint
    • SharePoint quality control adminsitrator
      • Design new structure and migrate old from old shite to new MSP site
      • Site owner
        • Creating and maintaining user permissions
        • Creating new spaces within the SharePoint site
        • Ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information on the site
    • Assist in tracking project equipment (projectors) and manage the check-in and check-out process
    • Preparing, reproducing, and organizing meeting materials and large documents for delivery to the client
    • Create and maintain project deliverable templates
    • Coordinate/order flowers/gifts for member life milestones
    • Liaison between all teams to ensure proper communication and reporting practices.
  • Member Management
  • Assist in the assimilation of new team members
    • Onboarding
      • Onsite – provide sitting location
      • Assist with badge/parking pass
      • FM Assets (laptops, BB)
      • CGI setup for timesheets, travel, cell phone
    • Offboarding
      • Coordinate return of FM Assets
      • Generate and maintain equipment tracking records.
  • Work with client facilities manager to procure space for new members
  • Respond to the team general ad-hoc inquires
  • Develop and maintain organization chart
  • Take on special projects as needed

    • Provide support in the development of weekly status reports, dashboards and other communications
    • Assist with helped automate the Weekly Status Reports

  • Financial Administrative
    • Monitor eProcurement invoices
    • Process PO’s for monthly service plans i.e.  Shifthound
    • Process monthly bottle water delivery for Herndon the team
Travel Requirement: Travel may be required.
