McLane Advanced Technologies (MAT) is actively seeking a proven leader and experienced Windows Systems Administrator.

Required Skills and Abilities:  
  • Must have knowledge and be able to full support Windows 2012r2 Active Directory Domain, DHCP, and DNS Administration. 
  • Must be capable of applying security patches/fixes and anti-virus updates as released by software manufacturers and anti-virus vendors; creating and implementing the domain level security policies such as authentication mechanisms; password policies and rules; IPSEC policies etc.; reviewing domain level rights and privileges and performs changes to the same as appropriate; and maintenance in a critical enterprise-class servers.
  • Will have experience managing and maintaining the integrity of Active Directory using Powershell and related tools. Candidate must have Experience with STIG implementation or comparable security implementation practices. Significant knowledge in networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SNMP).
  • Strong experience managing Microsoft Active Directory to include implementation of GPOs to support the implementation of STIG settings on file and print services, DNS, Domain Controllers and application servers Collaborate in assessing current and expected Windows infrastructure needs; configuration; maintenance; optimization and documentation of Windows infrastructure.
  • Experience with Solarwinds, SCCM, SQL Server, and Team Foundation Server a plus.
  • Minimum of IAT II accreditation Security+ CE.  Five years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of five years of experience with Windows Server administration.
  • Windows server certification of some type (MS 2012 Server desirable) to meet the IAT 2 level requirement.  Understanding and skills with VMware are also very desirable.
  • Four Additional years of applicable experience with appropriate certifications may be substituted for the degree.
Travel Requirement: Travel may be required.
Security Clearance Requirement: Candidates must have a minimum  Secret clearance to be considered for this position.
