Enterprise Service Desk Support Specialist

EDC is actively looking to fill an Enterprise Service Desk Support role for an opportunity in Quantico, VA. Our desired candidate is an individual that has experience working service desk support roles to join a program in Quantico. As a member of a Task Order Team, our candidate must be able to work well with co-workers, developers, testers, and customers. 
  
Expected duties:
  • Assist users with DAI functionality and accessing DAI on-line help repositories
  • Use DAI helpdesk trouble ticket tool to record and update reported problems
  • Develop, execute and maintain DAI PMO Helpdesk Standard Operating Procedures
  • Conduct scheduled meetings with deployed customers to capture agency issues and to share lessons learned
  • Support development and maintenance of DAI system launch webpage
  • Support stand-up of Agency helpdesks
  • Provide on-site support during agency cutover activities

Required Skills and Abilities: 
  • Demonstrated experience in the stand-up of help desks for programs similar to DAI Strong team interaction skills
  • Strong customer management skills
  • Expertise in assisting customers in transitioning from legacy processes to Oracle ERP solutions
 
Preferred Skills and Abilities: 
  • Familiarity with DoD and DFAS financial processes and procedures
  • Experience with Oracle Federal Financials strongly preferred, specifically with the DAI business functions of Budget to Report, Cost Accounting, Order to Fulfill, Procure to Pay, Acquire to Retire and Time and Labor
 
Education:
 Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

Citizenship: The candidate must be a citizen of the United States to be considered for this position.  
 
Security Clearance Requirement:  Candidates must have a minimum Secret clearance to be considered for this position.
