Job Title:  Lead Cybersecurity Engineer – U.S. Marine Corps
EDC is actively seeking a proven technical leader and creative problem solver interested in working alongside a key client to provide technical leadership supporting complex logistical challenges within the U.S. Marine Corps. Through innovative technical approaches, you will help our client optimize mission-oriented IT systems ensuring our warfighters have secure access to the logistical information they need to support their missions.  
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a senior cybersecurity professional.
  • Familiarity with Federal Government, DoD, DoN, and USMC cybersecurity directives and instructions.
  • Extensive experience developing, executing, and monitoring plans for the implementation and maintenance of IA controls during all phases of software development.
  • Supervise the preparation and maintenance of cybersecurity documentation required to obtain and maintain an ATO and ATC using RMF.
  • Familiar with cutting edge development, testing, and automation tools.
  • Extensive experience developing test plans and documenting results in coordination with program management and task leads.
  • Familiar with MCCAST and other tools used to deliver, maintain, and review A&A documentation.
  • Ability to build relationships within the Government and across a contractor team. 
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a strong comfort level presenting highly technical ideas to senior Military and government leadership. 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional facilitation and organization skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical Field.
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
  • Advanced/Graduate Degree.
  • Experience with VMs and cloud technologies. 
  • Knowledge of Department of Defense Logistics IT Systems such as:
    • Common Logistics Command and Control System (CLC2S) 
    • Transportation Capacity Planning Tool (TCPT) 
    • Storage Retrieval Automated Tracking Integrated System (STRATIS)  
Travel Requirement: Travel to U.S. Marine Corps and other military installations within the United States and overseas is required.
Security Clearance Requirement:  Candidates must have a minimum Secret clearance to be considered for this position.
