EDC is actively seeking a proven leader and Assistant Project Manager.

Required Skills and Abilities:  
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven expertise in the management and control of funds and resources and demonstrated capability in managing a task with an integrated team
  • Primary representative responsible for all work awarded under the contract, participating in program/project management reviews, and ensuring adherence to all standards
  • Ability to provide program management support to ensure the government’s requirements are met within schedule, fulfill customer requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ability to coordinate, integrate, plan, and oversee tasks, functions, contractor administration and management, cost management, and reporting to the government on all activities
  • Must be able to monitor program level risks and possible mitigations as they relate to services
  • Monitor work performance, measure results, ensure deliverables and services meet or exceed contract requirements, support management and decision-making, and facilitate communications using key performance measures
  • Experience with risk/problem analysis and resolution
  • Must institute and maintain processes that ensure problems and action items discussed with the government are tracked through resolution and provide timely status reporting
Preferred Skills and Abilities:  
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification 
  • Sec + certification
Travel Requirement: Travel may be required.

Security Clearance Requirement:  Candidates must have a minimum NACI Background Investigation to be considered for this position.
