McLane Advanced Technologies is actively seeking an IT Program Manager to support the Department of Energy. The on-site Program Manager will be the central point of accountability and responsibility for all of the tasks performed.

||Candidate must have DOE “Q” clearance, or hold another clearance level from DOE (“L” Level) or DOD (TS/Secret) that can obtain reciprocity
||Up to 50%. All travel will be in the continental USA.
||Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, able to train and manage other team members.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to technical and nontechnical Federal and Contractor personnel.
||Project Management Professional (PMP) OR Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
||Minimum of 3 years of IT Program Management experience is required within the last 5 years. IT Program Manager experience within the federal government environment is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience performing IT/Telecommunications requirements that directly supports military or civilian law enforcement operations.
