Enterprise End User Services Architect

 EDC is seeking an Enterprise End User Services Architect for an opportunity in Washington, D.C.
Responsibilities: Maintains the End User Services architecture and design in compliance with DoDAF, USACE EA, and ER 25-1-112. Works with other architects, service leads, engineers, developers, and stakeholders to develop designs, plans, training, procedures, and strategic approach for developing and implementing End User Services.  Leads analyses and provides recommendations for transition of services to new technologies that provide value in mission performance, system accessibility, and adaptability while providing optimal end user experience and cost efficiencies. Supports the development of policies and procedures based on ITSM, ISO, and ITIL best practices.
Certification Required: CASP CE, CCNP SECURITY, CISA, CISSP, GCED, or GCIH
Clearance: Secret
